Point system Empty Point system

I've added a point system to the site, which means that each time you post
a reaction to an existing threat u get 1 POINT. By making your own threat you get
3 points each. By being active in the FUN forum you can gain extra points + the normal ones.

The member which has the most points except from me or another admin will make a chance
to become moderator. A moderator has access to alot of fun gadgets.
